There are several resources available for EPA Brownfield grantees.  Resources for reporting requirements are available, including property approval, quality assurance, all appropriate inquiry, progress reporting, payment requests, etc.

EPA Region 3 (Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia) state contacts for EPA’s Brownfields Grant Proposals can be found here.  These offices may be contacted for the threshold criteria’s state acknowledgement letter.

Workplan Templates

Any brownfields cooperative agreement recipient (CAR) must develop a workplan prior to the award of any EPA Brownfield Grant funding.  Workplans are designed for CARs to describe the tasks necessary to identify the project(s) identified in the proposal submitted in the applicable fiscal year.  EPA provides templates for applicants to reference of workplans for Brownfields Assessment Grants, Brownfields Cleanup Grants, and Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund Grants.
