There are several resources available for EPA Brownfield grantees.  Resources for reporting requirements (including property approval, quality assurance, all appropriate inquiry, progress reporting, payment requests, and closeout) can be found here.

Workplan Templates

Any brownfields cooperative agreement recipient (CAR) must develop a workplan prior to the award of any EPA Brownfield Grant funding.  Workplans are designed for CARs to describe the tasks necessary to identify the project(s) identified in the proposal submitted in the applicable fiscal year.
