The Green Bank for Rural America (GBRA) is establishing six Technical Assistance Hubs to help ensure rural communities have access to opportunities available through the new energy economy. We are seeking proposals to develop a roster of vetted technical assistance providers with expertise critical to unlocking these opportunities.
GBRA will award over $400 million, along with an additional $50 million in technical assistance, to community lenders serving Appalachia and rural areas, supporting the creation of good jobs, building local wealth, and advancing healthier communities. Community lenders and their loan recipients will require highly qualified, professional support to ensure success in these efforts.
You are receiving this message because you have previously identified yourself to GBRA as a technical assistance provider. We encourage you to review and consider submitting a proposal to join our roster of vetted providers. Approved providers will be publicly listed on the GBRA website and shared with partners seeking services in your area of expertise.

GBRA will review and qualify submitted proposals to ensure applicants have proven, relevant experience in one or more of the above subject areas.
