ABOUT BRECC
BRECC is a Community of Practice supported by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. In partnership with The West Virginia Community Development Hub, Community Builders and EntreWorks Consulting, The National Association of Counties (NACo) launched the BRECC initiative in November 2022 with the goal to empower and prepare coal communities to strengthen their local economies. Through educational webinars, peer exchanges and community coaching, BRECC builds partnerships that connect local leaders to technical and financial resources.
