Brownfield Walkabouts provide a deep dive into community planning around brownfields.
Members of the TAB team will spend time in your community with local stakeholders:- exploring redevelopment districts,
- identifying prospective sites, and
- documenting business opportunities that could generate economic activity at redevelopment sites.
After the Walkabouts, Mid-Atlantic TAB will provide a Walkabout Report, detailing discussions and opportunities as well as recommended brownfield activities and next steps.
