Come join us! DNREC’s Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances (WHS) is hosting the first Delaware Brownfield Conference in 20 years on Thursday, August 20, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware.
This one-day event will bring together environmental professionals, developers, municipal leaders, policymakers, non-profits and community stakeholders for a day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Attendees will gain insights into brownfield assessment, remediation, funding opportunities, and regulatory processes through expert-led sessions and real-world case studies. Plus, hear about successful redevelopment projects from across Delaware!
