The WV Brownfields & Main Street Conference combines educational programs
with networking opportunities for communities, municipal leaders, development professionals,
environmental professionals, funders, and service providers. The conference features
mobile workshops, expert panels, interactive workshops, technical training, and
project case studies.
Call for Sessions
Do you have an idea for a conference session? Submit your idea by March 27, 2026!
Submitters will be notified in April.
Ideal sessions should be dynamic and diverse with a broad appeal to brownfield
and downtown participants with special interest in sessions that may qualify
for continuing education credits for environmental professionals, certified planners,
and economic development professionals. Specific topics include planning and
reuse of historic buildings, tourism and recreation, renewable energy, environmental
justice, financing and fundraising, and other trending topics in redevelopment.
